General rules

• You have to like fantasy in some way.
• You have to be female.
• You have to be at least a little evil, like the Forsaken, like Darkfriends, or think that the Dark side is stronger than the good guys - otherwise, why would you be a Black sister?
• You DON'T have to be a member of the Tower already, but I prefer if you are.

If you HAVE a site...

• You have to put up a code or a link.
• Your site doesn't have to be fantasy related in anyway. It can be personal or whatever.
• Only family friendly stuff, of course.
• Your site must be in English or have an English version of it.


If you DON'T have a site...

• You have to have a valid e-mail address to sign up with.
